Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Afrika T-Tech, run by Joseph Chinedu in Nigeria. Contact: afrikattechx@gmail.com.

What this website collects

When you send the contact form: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, a budget range and your message. The form also records which page you came from, so I know which pages are useful.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Your currency choice (naira or dollar) is stored in your own browser only.

Why

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run that project. I do not sell your data or add you to mailing lists.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms delivers the contact form to my email.
• Google (Gmail) hosts that email inbox.
• Cal.com handles bookings, if you book a call.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the visit counts.

Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you. Email afrikattechx@gmail.com and I will respond within 30 days.
